Individual coaching sessions available on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 10am to 7pm and every other Saturday 1pm to 9pm PST.
Most coaching sessions are conducted by telephone.
Heart Virtues™ sessions and technique-oriented sessions may by conducted face-to-face for local clients.
Office located near Watt and Fair Oaks Avenues in Sacramento.
Coaching is generally paid for monthly, in advance.
$400 per month covers 4 or 5 weekly sessions of 1 to 1 1/4 hour.
The Heart Virtues™ session has a one-time fee of $300. This is an important investment in Finding Your Center and is required as the beginning foundation for coaching.

Teleclasses are available to anyone and are an excellent way to either learn more about Dr. Echols' paradigm, information base, and approach or simply take away some gems helpful to your life. Cost is $40 for 1 and 1/2 hours, and classes are held, by phone, when 3 or more people express interest.Ongoing and intimateTelegroups as also available for coaching clients who know their Heart Virtue and wish to receive group support and feedback.
